When will my order be processed? - Once an order has been placed we will then send you a confirmation email notifying you when the item will be shipped, We post sameday.
The basket or buy now button will not work? - Please check your internet options under - Tools > Internet Options > Security and make sure the settings medium is enabled this should fix the problem, If not please phone our help line.

How will my plimsolls be packaged? - All our plimsolls are packed and sent in secure packaging.
How many items can I order? There is no limit! You are free to purchase as many items from SchoolPumps as you please.
No one's ever at my house. Can I send to my work address? Yes, just include your work address in the delivery form.
What is your returns policy? - Damaged in Transit: If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging, upon arrival you must contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to resolve the matter and issue a replacement or refund.
