When will my order be processed? - Once an order has been placed we will then send you a confirmation email notifying you when the item will be shipped, We post sameday.
Is my transaction secure? - Yes, we adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Can I pay by cheque or postal order? - Yes, simply choose this option when at the last stage of the checkout process, for our postal address please see here.
How will my plimsolls be packaged? - All our plimsolls are packed and sent in secure packaging.
How many items can I order? There is no limit! You are free to purchase as many items from SchoolPumps as you please.
No one's ever at my house. Can I send to my work address? Yes, just include your work address in the delivery form.
What is your returns policy? - Damaged in Transit: If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging, upon arrival you must contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to resolve the matter and issue a replacement or refund.
