2.1 Schoolpumps.co.uk aims to process all orders the sameday of receiving payment. Should there be any delay we shall contact you via email.

2.2 All orders are shipped from the UK and relevant shipping charges are added to the checkout at the end.

2.3 All order are dispatched to the address submitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct or that you notify us at the time of ordering of an alternate delivery address.

3. Returns
In the unlikely event that an order is sent to you in error or faulty, Schoolpumps will cover the cost of rectifying the error.
